The Board of Trustees (BoT) is the governing body of EduTrust Foundation. Our team is directly supervised by our experienced and reputable Trustees who provide strategic direction in our mission. The Board of Trustees meets quarterly or as often as the need arises to define and adapt strategy, oversee management, make decisions regarding projects, channeling and disbursement of funds, contribute to advocacy, advice on partnerships, monitor and evaluate action, and make decisions regarding our future direction.

Our Founder, Chief Operations Officer and Secretary are ex-officio members of the BoT. Our BoT includes:
