2. Foundation Purpose & Non-Profit Status

EduTrust is an educational non-profit trust foundation organized to enhance equitable access to quality education. All platform tools, donor mechanisms, and learning resources are operated solely in furtherance of this charitable mandate.

3. Donations & Financial Contributions

• Voluntary Giving: Contributions made through our online channels or bank accounts are voluntary and non-refundable once processed.
• Stewardship: EduTrust commits to managing funds in strict adherence to our 5-Point Agenda and approved auditing standards.
• Transaction Verification: Online processing is handled through licensed third-party processors. Reconciled receipts are provided via email.

4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

All logos, course designs, study guides, photographs, and organizational publications remain the proprietary property of EduTrust Foundation. Non-commercial reproduction for educational classroom use is permitted provided that EduTrust is clearly credited.

5. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
