EduTrust is a registered Nigerian non-profit educational foundation established in 2014. We are dedicated to ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting learning opportunities for underserved and unserved students, communities, and populations in Nigeria.

We work to narrow the severe human development gap through community interventions, school upgrading, volunteer corps deployment, and structured education funds.

Our 5-Point Agenda guides all foundation strategies and resource allocations:

2. Sustainable Development: Fostering basic education, girls' schooling, and literacy in remote regions.

Integrity and transparency are core foundational values. EduTrust operates a three-tier funding structure: an Investible Core Fund, a Matching Project Fund, and Independent Project Funds (Grants).

Every project has dedicated tracking metrics, regular progress audits, and published impact reports available to partners and individual donors.

The Adopt-A-School initiative connects alumni associations, philanthropic families, and corporate sponsors with severely under-resourced public or community schools.

The Open University Hub establishes localized digital learning access points equipped with study materials and internet access for tertiary distance learners who lack home connectivity.

Informal Schools Upgrading targets faith-based, nomadic, and non-formal community learning centers, integrating basic numeracy, literacy, and vocational skills into existing grassroots learning structures.

We welcome university graduates, serving National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members, retired educators, and professionals passionate about community education.

Volunteers undergo pedagogical orientation and are deployed to community schools to tutor core subjects, mentor at-risk students, or assist with digital literacy workshops. Register on the Volunteers Corps page.

This fellowship provides young educators with practical classroom experience, professional mentorship from veteran educationists, modern curriculum training, and a monthly stipend.

Fellows commit to serving in high-need rural or peri-urban schools, dramatically improving teacher-to-pupil ratios.
