Selected resource persons and tutors will be enrolled into our Educator Internship and Fellowship programme as a way to support their professional development. Tied to the brand and backed up by the credibility of EduTrust Foundation, the Educator Internship and Fellowship programme will offer a support structure for a growing network of resource persons. EduTrust Foundation, will also assist in finding suitable placement for and offer advice to volunteer expatriate teachers who want to take up teaching in Nigeria or are already in Nigeria.

Because our volunteers, educators, contributors and resource persons are human capital to be invested in, we place priority on connecting them to opportunities for growth and professional development. Incentives for creativity and impact are important in sustaining our social enterprise model, in addition to stipends and hardship allowances which may be paid in some cases.

References for career and professional advancement are backed by ability to negotiate with government institutions, development partners, the private sector, and educational institutions to absorb resource persons and volunteers after meritorious service and contribution to national development.
